The Main House
"Victoria Arms" is a 1927 Quintessential Laguna Charmer, fully remodeled in 2008. On the ocean side of PCH, a two-minute walk to the sand. Laguna Beach style interior decorating with loads of character and charm. Vaulted exposed beam ceilings in the living room open up to 180 degree ocean and white water views. Restored original Hardwood floors throughout.
This two-story home is connected by a hand built wooden spiral staircase. The kitchen, living room and dining rooms are upstairs, with the bulk of the ocean views. There is also a den with two twin beds. Downstairs the private Master suite, second bedroom with on suite full bath and ocean view balcony and laundry.
The kitchen is fully stocked for the active chef with Le Creuset pans, Jenn-Air gas range, granite countertops and expansive views of the Pacific! All bed linens and towels were hand selected and of the finest quality.
The Master suite with Queen Size bed, boasts his and her closets. Art Glass Bay window by Craig Herbert, and a spa like private bath with romantic double slipper claw foot tub, dual headed marble shower with Rain Head, and his & hers vanities.
The sun deck has expansive ocean and Catalina views. Outdoor beach shower to wash off the sand. The enclosed Patio is complete with BBQ and fountain. A space is provided for bicycle and surfboard storage.
